Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your Intrinio subscription at any time directly from your account—there's no need to contact support.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

1. Log in to your Intrinio account.
2. Navigate to Billing & Invoices.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
4. Click Cancel Subscription.
5. Confirm your cancellation.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing or contract term. Cancelling simply prevents your subscription from renewing.

What Happens After You Cancel?

Individual Plans

If you're subscribed to an Individual plan:

• Your subscription remains active through the end of your current monthly billing period.
• Your API access and account features remain available until that date.
• No additional charges will occur after your subscription expires.

Startup Plans

If you're subscribed to a Startup plan:

• Your subscription remains active through the end of your annual contract term.
• Your contract end date can be found on the Subscription tab of your account.
• Billing automatically stops when your contract expires, and your access remains available until that date.

Cancelling During Your Free Trial

All self-service subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial.

If you cancel during the trial:

• Your trial will continue through the remainder of the 14-day period.
• Your account will automatically expire at the end of the trial.
• You will not be charged.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.

Can I cancel immediately?

Yes. You can cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing or contract period.

Will I receive a refund?

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals. Your subscription remains active through the period you've already paid for. Please refer to the Intrinio Terms of Service for details regarding billing and refunds.

Do I need to contact support?

No. Subscription cancellations are fully self-service and can be completed from your Intrinio account.

What happens to my API access?

Your API access and account features remain available until your subscription expires. After that date, access to paid data and services will be disabled.

I changed my mind. Can I resubscribe?

Yes. You can purchase a new subscription at any time from the Intrinio pricing page.
