Billing & Subscription Management
Managing your Intrinio subscription is simple and can be done directly from your account. This article explains how to view your subscription, manage billing, cancel your plan, and understand what happens when your trial or subscription ends.
Accessing Your Billing Information
After signing in to your Intrinio account:
- Navigate to Billing & Invoices.
- View your:
- Current subscription
- Billing history and invoices
- Payment information
- Renewal details
Startup customers can also view their current contract end date on the Subscription tab of their account.
Managing Your Subscription
Your Intrinio account allows you to manage your subscription without contacting support.
Depending on your plan, you can:
- View your active subscription
- Update your payment method
- Download invoices
- Review your renewal information
- Cancel your subscription
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Intrinio account.
- Log in to your Intrinio account.
- Navigate to Billing & Invoices.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
Canceling prevents your subscription from automatically renewing. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing or contract term.
What Happens After Cancellation?
Individual Plan
- Your subscription remains active through the end of your current monthly billing period.
- No additional charges will occur after your subscription expires.
- API access is automatically disabled at the end of the billing period.
Startup Plan
- Your subscription remains active through the end of your annual contract term.
- Your contract end date is available on the Subscription page in your account.
- Billing stops automatically when your contract expires.
- Access continues until the contract end date.
Free Trial Information
Individual and Startup self-service subscriptions include a 14-day free trial.
During your trial:
- You receive full access to your subscribed data package.
- Your API key is active immediately after signup.
- Bulk downloads are limited to approximately six months of historical data during the trial. Full historical bulk downloads become available after converting to a paid subscription.
Automatic Conversion
Unless canceled before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan on Day 14.
If you cancel during the trial:
- Your trial remains active until the end of the 14-day trial period.
- No payment is collected.
- Access ends automatically when the trial expires.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel early?

What happens to my API access after my subscription ends?
Once your billing or contract term expires, your subscription ends and API access is automatically disabled.
Where can I find my contract end date?
Startup customers can view their contract end date from the Subscription tab within their Intrinio account.
Do I need to contact support to cancel?
No. Subscription cancellation is completely self-service and can be completed directly from your account.
