What is Premium Support?
It's an on-demand, prioritized, fast, and holistic approach to client support. Premium Support includes live chat, ability to open tickets/requests and prioritized response times, prioritized tickets' resolution, dedicated support manager via chat and email, and availability on weekdays and weekends (see hours here).
Does Intrinio still offers free support?
Yes! We still offer our standard support via chat during business hours on weekdays (see availability here), as well as the ability to open tickets and requests via a dedicated channel.
