The terms may be updated from time to time. To use any of Intrinio's financial data, or many of the apps that use that data, you'll need to create an account here. In order to create an account, you'll need to agree to the terms. This process is similar to using other online services or apps (Amazon, iTunes, etc). 

The basic terms allow you to use financial data internally, for your own individual use, and require you to agree to some basic legal protections. If you sign up for a paid plan, the basic terms of service can be amended. For example, some paid plans allow redistribution, which is explained in this article: data redistribution.
